Meet The owners, Daniel & Elizabeth cortes

The couple have worked a combination of 16 years within the restaurant industry, 3 of which were in front of house management. They grew to love the industry and had always dreamed of owning their own business. They decided to make make their dreams a reality and infested their savings. The idea came after coming across a rolled ice cream shop on a trip to California. They wanted to bring the delicious and unique Thai inspired ice cream to their hometown, thus birthing the I Heart Ice Cream cart.
